Apartments Rita are located in a quiet street, surrounded by greenery, 300 m from the sea and beautiful beaches. In the immediate vicinity of the beach, there are sports fields, a promenade by the sea, a bike path and restaurants with local Istrian specialties and wines overlooking the sea and the City of Novigrad. Apartments Rita have a capacity of two to four people, are fully furnished and equipped, have free WiFi, satelite TV, air conditioning and secured parking place. We definitely want to emphasize that we also welcome your pets.

Novigrad is known for the most spectacular and romantic sunsets, each evening offering a different palette of colours and evoking an array of feelings. Apartment Jasmin

Apartment Jasmin is located on the ground floor of our family house. It features a spacious kitchen with living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 4 people. There is plenty of space for a family with children, or it is ideal for couples who wish to relax and get away from everyday life.

Apartment Jasmin is fully equipped and offers air conditioning, satellite TV and free WiFi, as well as a large terrace overlooking a garden adorned with Mediterranean plants, olive and mandarin trees. There is free parking near the entrance to the apartment. Our family house is located 300 m from a natural beach and a beautiful pine forest.

Near the beach there is a seafront promenade where you can enjoy a walk accompanied by the sound of the waves and the scent of pines and the sea. In the vicinity you will also find restaurants serving traditional Istrian and Mediterranean cuisine, where you can enjoy the charm of excellent Istrian wines. In front of the apartment there is a terrace with a large table made of authentic Istrian stone, where you can enjoy magical summer evenings, surrounded by the scent of lavender, roses and jasmine.

Located only a 20‑minute walk from the centre of Novigrad, which offers numerous activities and facilities for all ages, Apartment Jasmin is ideal for your complete holiday. Take a swim at one of the many beaches in Novigrad, stroll through the Mandrač harbour, enjoy the most beautiful sunset from the Belvedere loggia or from one of Novigrad’s many coves, and end the day relaxing on the comfortable terrace of Apartment Jasmin.

Apartment Kiwi is located on the ground floor of our family house. It consists of a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, and can accommodate up to 3 people. There is enough space for a family with small children, as there is a sofa bed in the kitchen, or it is ideal for couples who wish to relax and get away from everyday life.

Apartment Kiwi is fully equipped and features a large terrace overlooking a garden adorned with Mediterranean plants. Apartment Studio is located on the ground floor of our family house. This cosy studio apartment consists of a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, and can accommodate up to 2 people. Apartment Studio is ideal for couples who wish to relax and get away from everyday life.

The apartment is fully equipped and features a terrace overlooking a garden adorned with Mediterranean plants. It offers free parking near the entrance to the apartment, air conditioning, satellite TV and free WiFi. Next to the terrace there is a natural kiwi pergola that provides pleasant shade and creates a very special Mediterranean garden atmosphere.
